Package Receiving
You can use our U.S. address to receive packages.This willsave you time and money by avoiding the extra time it takes for international shipments to Canada and the higher shipping costto Canada from the US. Additionally many online retailers will not shipoutside of the U.S. You can avoid this problem by using our Point Robertsdepot to receive your online purchases. Our staff will notify you (by email or phone) when parcels are received, and we will keep themat ourfacility awaiting your pick-up. Please note that packages must be picked up within 2 weeks of their arrival. Weekly storage fees will apply after that (see our Fees page for details). We do not accept palletized shipments or wood crates. Please see list of items we cannot receive.

Shipping
We have the latest pickup times for UPS in Point Roberts. You will beprovided with a copy of your shipping label at the time of your shipment. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO's. We are a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. We do not ship out viaUS Postal Service or Fedex.
