We no longer provide Forwarding Services
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but due to the high volume of attempts to fraudulently obtain and forward merchandise using identity theft and/or stolen credit cards we will no longer be able to provide this service. Although we have been fortunate in avoiding any succesful fraud attempt thus far, the potential liability plus the time and effort spent on this has been too extensive to justify continuing this service.  
We will honor all forwarding requests that have been already been submitted but will not be able to accept any new requests.
